Thread: D'you think they shuld've lifted the RITH screens earlier?

I agree with this and have always found it a little odd that Sarah has to sing from behind the screen. From the start of "gimme the ting" they should have risen slowly while Nadine was on the screens, then they would have been fully up in time for Sarah to sing her part of the verse.

I thought they couldn't because of time issues, like there wasn't enough time to change if the screens were up earlier. But then again, the Gimme the ting part is already Nadine singing, it's not prerecorded, so they would already have to be ready for her to sing.

So I agree, they could've come up earlier

I never really thought about it tbh. It worked alrite. The first bit after the intro dragged anyway. The last 10 seconds of RITH is all we need to see really, just chop Nadine, Sarah, Nicola and Kimberley out of the clip and it's perfect....... *whistles*

No no. NEVER get rid of Nicola or Nadine!
But actually on topic, yeah. Its weird that they were rose so early, but it works. I'm still more dumbfounded how Nadine's Irish-Hillbilly accent just disappears when she sings and sounds completely normal.

EDIT: Also, the screens are actually pretty close to being fully up when Sarah starts. Its really only blocking like justt her face. And I like it. It makes it seem like more revealing to the person who's singing. Not too bad.

i didnt really notice when i was at the show, but when i watch it on youtube i notice it. but i like the little bit before the song.

Yeah they could of been doing with going up a bit earlyer 'cos every screams yet no-one can see them lol

Lollll, omg I've looked at Sarah for the first time in that clip and she genuinely can't dance, it's amazing that you never notice it, I remember her saying it's all about 'blagging it' once. But yeah, I can't see why they didnt just raise the screens those few seconds earlier, it just doesn't work on stage, I thought that when I was there. It's a shame tho, cos that whole bit, from the intro video to the very end of the actual performance is so perfect apart from that one bit I think.

watch nadine, shes come a longgggg way from the way she use to dance hahaha. i member geri hallawal had a problem we her in PSTR because she couldnt dance well.

See I never watched PSTR and my friend said there was a big issue with Nadine's dancing but I think she's quite good now. Was there never an issue with Sarah's dancing then?

Nadine still can't dance well. Sarah actually has improved...

Sarah just sometimes forgets the steps and is looking at the others to see what to do Love it

Ha. If you ask me, everyone bit Sarah in that last ten seconds. Nadine did great! Kimberley and Cheryl looked the best! And don't be mean to Nicola! =[

I think Nadine is a good dancer now, I think Sarah can get the steps but she's still not a good dancer, she hasn't got the nice quality to her movement. Obviously Cheryl is the best, but Nicola is really good too and Kimberley is wicked.

I wasn't being "mean" to Nicola. I didn't say anything bad about her gyrating. I just don't appreciate seeing that lol.

I can't believe you are saying Nadine is a good dancer. Erm have you not noticed that during the more "complex" routines Sarah and Nadine both literally always get put on the back burner or like Nadine/Sarah are singing whilst the others are dancing....Girls Allowed springs to mind...

Control of the knife too, they don't do the 'trick me' routine, they just jump around in teh background

Love them though, it just shows they aren't perfect, and I think it's adorable

Altho I love Nuhdeen's **** dancing. It makes her her! If she turned Cheryl good it would be awful. Who would we laugh at? Even she know's she is a bit ****
