I think most people did cause he won the Golden Globe and BAFTA but Sean Penn won the equivalent award at the Screen Actors Guild Award which a lot of the panel who decide on the Oscars winners are on too.

I'm happy for Heath. I don't think I've seen any of these films exept for Wall-E So I'm happy that that movie won too

I think i really need to see Slumdog millionaire now that its won so many of the awards....need to see if i think they got them rightly.

I'm glad that Benjamin Button still got some awards, and the Visual Efects was definately one it deserved to get.

Well done to Kate, i've not seen The Reader so can't say if i think she deserved it....i felt that Angelina's performance in THe Changeling was Oscar worthy though so bit disapointed.

It's a nice memory for Heath's family that he got the supporting actor award, and its a well deserved award for a great interpretation of the Joker....and even if Heath was still alive he certainly deserved the award. (had to add that as i have heard people --not on here--saying that he is only getting the awards at the moment as he died in such tragic circumstances)
